In 2002, DCI became an authorized Avaya Business Partner in the SMB market. In 2008, DCI received its Small Business Certification with the State of California. In conjunction with the Avaya telecom equipment, DCI offers a host of other related products such as: Plantronics, Polycom, Call Accounting systems, Paging systems, and backup power supplies (UPS).
